Tuition and Fees

Masters in Business Administration

  • $675/credit hour
  • No application fee

By enrolling into the online MBA program, you can lock in tuition costs for a period of two years. In that time frame, the 33-credit program can be completed for only $22,275.

M.A. in Higher Education

  • $675/credit hour

By enrolling into the online MA in Higher Education program, you can lock in tuition costs for a period of two years. In that time frame, the 36-credit program can be completed for only $24,300.


*Total tuition based on number of credit hours in major and subject to change if additional credits are needed.

We recognize that earning your degree is a significant and personal investment, which is a major concern of students. Below are some common paths to financing your education.


Several payment plan options are available:

Electronic Payment

  • Pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express (for a slight fee), or pay directly from your checking or savings through
  • Click “Make a Payment” and follow the prompts.

Monthly Payment Plan

Pay your semester bill in monthly installments through You can pay for two sessions over a five-month time period.  (Not available for summer session). Individual single-term payment plans can be arranged through the Bursar’s Office.

Check or Money Order

A billing statement will be mailed, and is also available online through the portal.  Payment is due prior to the start of class. Late payment will incur a $75 late fee. Checks or money order should be made out to “Caldwell University”,and mailed to:

Refund Policy: Should you “drop” a class before it begins, a full refund will be given.  After the start of class, therefund policy is as follows:   After the 1st week of class 80% refund. After the 2nd week of class 60% refund. After the 3rd week, no refund will be given and the student is 100% responsible for payment in full.
